Calculator and saved schedules
The calculator runs in your browser. Answers are not sent to our servers by the calculator. If you choose Save on this device, the payment group, short label and reminder preference are stored in this browser. Spending plans are stored only when you choose Save my plan. We do not ask for a Social Security number, full birth date, bank credentials or account number.
Anyone with access to this browser may be able to read saved schedules and plans. They do not sync to another device. Browser storage can be cleared or become unavailable. Use the private backup in My calendar to keep a copy, and use Remove all saved data there to remove saved schedules and plans. That action does not remove calendar files you already imported or change your analytics preference.
Calendar files and subscriptions
A personal calendar download may contain your saved labels. Importing it shares those events with the calendar app or provider you choose. Public subscription URLs reveal the selected benefit group to the calendar provider, but contain no saved label or spending plan. The provider controls refresh timing and alerts. Calendar events show scheduled dates, not confirmation of an individual payment.
Optional usage analytics
On whenismycheck.com, Google Analytics loads only after you allow usage measurement. It stays disabled in the review version. The configured events measure calculator completion, saving a schedule, calendar downloads, planner use and links to official sources. Names, benefit selections, birthday ranges, bill labels and amounts are not included as event parameters. Page URLs are sent without query strings or fragments. Analytics may still process device, cookie and connection information.
Hosting and external links
The hosting provider may retain standard connection logs, such as IP addresses, requested pages and timestamps. Links to SSA and calendar providers open services with their own privacy policies. Advertising is disabled in the supplied version.
